南通沿海毛蚶携带诺瓦克病毒初步研究

摘　　要：目的调查南通地区毛蚶诺瓦克病毒携带情况。方法从2010年11月-2011年4月,在南通沿海及南通市区主要水产市场采集毛蚶,采用RT-PCR检测诺瓦克病毒(noroviruses,NV)的感染。结果检测结果显示,南通地区沿海毛蚶中检出NV,检出率为6.25%,进化树分析表明它们均属诺瓦克病毒GⅡ4型。结论南通地区沿海毛蚶被NV污染,需加以监管,以确保贝类食用安全。Objective To survey the epidemic of noroviruses（NV） in Scapharca subcrenata in Nantong.Methods Scapharca subcrenata were collected from the coast and markets of Nantong.RT-PCR was used to detect NV contamination in these shellfish.The sequences were analyzed using DNAMAN.Results The results indicated that Scapharca subcrenata were contaminated by NV and the positive rate was 6.25%.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that they all came from norovirus GⅡ/4.Conclusions Some of shellfish in the coast of Nantong are contaminated by NV.Supervision is necessary to ensure the safety of shellfish food.
