摘 要:目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)与乙肝病毒血清标志物(HBV-M)之间的相关性。方法将临床筛查的600例HBsAg阳性血清标本用ELISA法检测HBV-M,同时用荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA,按不同的HBV-M模式分组进行分析。结果 HBsAg和HBeAg同时阳性的标本,检测HBV-DNA阳性率为100%,明显高于HBeAg阴性模式的阳性率,亦高于HBsAg阳性的其它模式。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBV-DNA检测在各种模式的HBV-M阳性血清中检出率差异有统计学意义,HBeAg阳性者HBV-DNA检出阳性率最高(100%),检测乙肝患者HBV-M的同时检测HBV-DNA,对于早期诊断、判断患者传染性程度、疗效观察和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the correlation between hepatitis B virus DNA (HBV- DNA) and hepatitis B virus serological markers (HBV- M). Methods Six hundred HBsAg- positive serum samples from clinical screening were tested for HBV - M by ELISA, and the samples were also detected for HBV - DNA by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Then the results were divided into different groups of HBV- M patterns for analysis. Results The positive rate of HBV- DNA in HBsAg - positive and HBeAg- positive samples was 100%, which was significantly higher than the positive rate of HBeAg- negative mode and was also higher than the rates of other HBsAg- positive modes. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Cencluions The detection rate of HBV DNA testing in a variety of patterns of HBV M positive sera had statis- tically significant difference. The rate in HBeAg- positive patients was the highest ( 100% ). Simultaneous detection of HBV- DNA and HBV - M had an important clinical significance for early diagnosis, infectivity judgment, clinical observation and prognosis judgment.
