摘　　要：目的通过对常德市某戒毒所吸毒人员人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)感染情况以及高危行为的调查,为预防控制这些疾病在该人群中的流行提供科学依据。方法对2010年常德市某戒毒所400名吸毒人员进行面对面问卷调查并采集血样采用酶联免疫(ELISA)方法检测HIV、HCV、TP抗体,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果 2010年常德市在押吸毒人员以男性青壮年为主,HIV阳性率0.5%(2/400),丙肝阳性率66.75%(267/400),TP阳性率5.75%(23/400),其中静脉注射吸毒人员占70%(280/400)。结论被调查的吸毒人员中HIV、HCV和TP感染率高,应加强对该组人群的检测,在进行行为干预的同时应开展预防性传播疾病(STD)知识宣传教育,从而减少HIV、HCV、TP在该人群中的传播和蔓延。Objective To survey the infection condition and high risk behaviors of HIV,HCV and TP among drug addicts in a drug rehabilitation center in Changde,and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of AIDS,HCV and TP among this population.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 400 drug addicts of a drug rehabilitation center in Changde in 2010.Their blood samples were collected and enzyme-linked immunity assay（ELISA） was used to detect antibodies of HIV,HCV and TP.The detection results were statistically analyzed.Results Most of drug addicts of the drug rehabilitation center in Changde in 2010 were young men.The infection rates of HIV,HCV and TP were 0.50%（2/400）,66.75%（267/400）,and 5.75%（23/400）,respectively.About 70%（280/400） drug addicts used injectors.Conclusions The infection rates of HIV,HCV and TP are much higher in the surveyed drug addicts.It is necessary to enhance surveillance,education on the prevention of the diseases and behavioral intervention for drug addicts so as to reduce the transmission and spread of HIV,HCV and TP in this population.
