摘  要:采用正交回归处理的方法研究了亚温淬火对调质态35CrMoA钢力学性能的影响。当亚温淬火温度为780~810℃时,随着淬火温度的升高,铁素体量逐渐减少,马氏体量逐渐增加。35CrMoA钢从800℃亚温淬火并经550℃回火后,铁素体量和形态为最佳,其断口有明显的韧窝,表现出典型的韧性断裂,因而具有最高的强度、硬度和韧性。而经常规调质处理的35CrMoA钢,断口形貌则为有少量韧窝的准解理型,因而韧性较低。Effect of intercritical hardening on mechanical properties of quenched and tempered 35CrMoA steel was investigated by using orthogonal regression analysis.The amount of ferrite decreases and the amount of martensite increases with the increase of austenitizing temperature in the range of 780 to 810 ℃.After quenching from 800 ℃ and tempering at 550 ℃,optimum amount and morphology of ferrite were obtained,its fracture shows typical ductile fracture with appreciable dimples,and hence resulted in highest strength,hardness,and toughness.Whereas the fracture of normally quenched and tempered 35CrMoA steel is of quasi-cleavage type with small amount of dimples,and hence resulted in lower toughness.
