摘　　要：结合变电站现场操作步骤和检修的安全要求,以部分厂家10kV小车式开关柜为例,阐述了出线小车、母线分段小车、主变开关小车、主变隔离小车和接地车的相互联锁的工作原理,比较了其单元电气闭锁流程及特点,对联锁流程作出评价,并总结出一套10kV小车式开关柜操作常规流程,供设计、运行人员参考。Combining with substation site operation procedures and safety requirements of maintenance and taking some factories＇ 10 kV pushcart switchgear cabinets for examples,this paper described the working principle of mutual interlocks for line-out pushcart,busbar section pushcart,main transformer switching pushcart,main transformer isolation pushcart and grounding pushcart.Comparison was made to its unit electrical locking process and characteristics.Evaluation was made to interlock flow process.The conventional operation process for a set of 10 kV pushcart switchgear cabinet was summarized to provide reference for design and operation personnel.
