摘 要:输电铁塔热镀锌时,因钢基体的化学元素以及原材料冶炼扎制过程中某些因素的影响,使其有害元素偏析,造成塔材镀锌层灰暗等外观质量缺陷。针对Q345B材质塔材出现灰暗的锌层面积比例较大,严重影响锌层外观的一致性,根据输电铁塔热镀锌的过程,从塔材化学成分、锌液温度、浸锌时间和引出速度等因素,分析影响锌层表面呈灰暗色的原因,提出其控制镀锌锌层灰暗的措施,从而提高输电铁塔锌层外观质量。Influenced by chemical elements of steel substrate and factors of raw material smelting and rolling process in transmission tower hot galvanizing, harmful dements segregated which lead to appearance quality defects such as dark zinc coating. Considering large area dark zinc coating in Q345B material which has influence on appearance quality, reasons of dark zinc coating are analyzed in consideration of tower chemical elements, liquid zinc temperature, galvanizing time. At last, measures to prevent dark zinc coating and improve appearance quality are put forward.
