摘 要:采用TBP萃淋树脂铀基体分离-ICP-AES法测定天然二氧化铀中锂、硼、锆、铌4种杂质元素的含量,当试样平行测定数量为6个时,锂、硼、锆、铌测定结果相对标准偏差依次为0.8%、4.7%、4.9%、1.1%,加标回收率锂为91.9%-96.8%,硼为95.0%-106.5%,锆为93.4%-103.5%,铌为97.8%-103.9%。方法快捷,测定方法满足工厂二氧化铀产品验收质量分析要求。The contents of four impurity elements such as lithium,boron,zirconium and niobium in natural uranium dioxide were determined by TBP levextrel resin uranium matrix separation-ICP-AES method.Relative standard deviations(n=6) for four elements were 0.8% for lithium,4.7% for boron,7.9% for zirconium,1.1% for niobium.The recovery rates were 91.9%-96.8% for lithium,95.0%-106.5% for boron,93.4%-103.5% for zirconium,97.8%-103.9% for niobium.The method is fast,and the results can meet requirements.
