苏州市公务员脊柱机能现况分析

摘　　要：目的:测试并评估分析苏州市公务员的脊柱机能状况,了解其脊柱健康现状,为维护和促进脊柱健康及筛查脊柱疾病提供科学依据。方法:采用Idiag SpinalMouse脊柱电子测量仪,进行脊柱机能状况评估分析,以脊柱机能评定,姿势,柔韧性,稳定性作为参数,全面测试和评估脊柱健康状况。结果:(1)男女公务员脊柱机能、姿势的差异不具有统计学意义,柔韧性和稳定性男女有差别。(2)公务员40岁以前与40岁以上组,脊柱姿势和稳定性差异具有统计学意义,40岁以上组公务员脊柱姿势和稳定性下降趋势明显。结论:女公务员脊柱柔韧性比男公务员好,男公务员脊柱稳定性优于女公务员。年龄与脊柱的姿势和稳定性有一定关系,40岁前后出现明显差别,40岁开始出现退化趋势。Objective：To measure and analyze of civil servants＇ spinal function condition in Suzhou,understand their spinal health condition,provide a scientific basis,safeguard and promote spinal health and screen spinal disease.Method：With the tool of Idiag Spinal Mouse spinal electronic measuring instrument produced in Swiss,to assess and analyze spinal health condition,with parameters such as spinal function assessment,posture,flexibility and stability in order to comprehensively test and assess the spinal health condition.Result：1） male and female civil servants＇ spinal function,posture of difference is not statistically significant,flexibility and stability of the differences between men and women.2） Spinal posture and stability of the difference was significant appeared before and after the age of 40.After the 40-year-old group,the spinal posture and stability of civil servants decreased significantly.Conclusion：Female civil servants＇ spinal flexibility is better than male civil servants,male civil servants＇ spinal stability is better than female civil servants.There is a certain relationship between age and spinal posture and stability.Significant difference appeared before and after the age of 40.From the age of 40,it began to degrade.
