某型火炮弹带挤进数值模拟与分析

摘　　要：针对火炮弹带挤进的复杂过程,利用UG建立装配模型,使用ABAQU对弹带挤进过程进行了数值模拟与仿真,得到了较为合理的计算结果。对结果进行了动态分析,获得了弹带的变形和应力的变化规律,为今后的设计与校核提供了依据。Aimed at the complex process of belt forced entrance for certain type of cannon,the paper built the assembling model by means of UG,and made the numerical simulation and analysis for belt forced entrance by use of ABAQU,and then it obtained more reasonable computing result.Finally it made the dynamical analysis for result,and obtained the change law of deformation and stress of the belt.It can provide reference for design and check in future.
