摘 要:采用热浸渍-擦涂法在大孔α-A1203载体管外表面涂覆粒径为2μm的大晶种,从而起到初步修饰载体孔道的作用;然后采用提拉法在大晶种修饰后的载体管表面涂覆粒径为400nm的小品种,最终使载体管的表面形成薄而连续的品种层;最后利用旋转烘箱对预制晶种层的载体管进行一次动态水热晶化合成,制得NaA沸石膜。采用SEM和XRD等方法制备的NaA沸石膜进行了表征,并对其渗透汽化性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,制备的NaA沸石膜连续、致密且重复性高;在温度为353K、真夺度为200~300Pa的条件下,对乙醇质量分数90%的水/L醇体系进行分离.分离系数大于10000,渗诱诵量可扶1.8k2/(m^2·h)以上。NaA zeolite membranes were prepared by modification of macroporous α-Al2O3suppOrt, which included dip-coating with 2 μm size seed crystals, wiping for seeding smaller crystals with the size of about 400 nm to form a continuous and homogeneous seed layer on the support surface, and dynamically hydrothermally synthesizing the membranes on the seeded support surface in a rotating oven. The prepared NaA zeolite membranes were characterized by means of SEM and XRD. The results indicated that the prepared membranes were continuous and dense, and could be prepared repeatedly. Pervaporation experiments were carried out under 353 K and 200 -300 Pa in a water/ethanol system with 90% (w) ethanol concentration to test performance of the synthesized membranes. The result showed that the water flux reached 1.8 kg/(m^2·h) and the separation factor was more than 10 000.
