摘  要:采用本体原位法,以膦酸酯钕盐/氢化二异丁基铝/一氯二乙基铝为稀土催化剂在苯乙烯(St)中制备了聚丁二烯(PB)橡胶;在PB橡胶液中,以3,6,9-三甲基-3,6,9-三乙基-1,4,7-三过氧烷为多官能度引发剂,自由基聚合St制备了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)。利用1H NMR,FTIR,GPC等手段对PB橡胶和HIPS进行了表征。表征结果显示,PB橡胶中St结构单元的摩尔分数低至1.01%,顺式-1,4-丁二烯结构单元的摩尔分数高达96.6%。实验结果表明,在St聚合时,温度的升高有利于St转化率的提高,温度为145℃时St的最终转化率接近100%,但温度的升高使聚苯乙烯的重均相对分子质量有所下降;PB橡胶用量和搅拌转速增加时,聚合反应速率和St转化率降低。HIPS的冲击强度可高达166.2J/m。Polybutadiene( PB ) rubber was first synthesized in styrene with Nd( P507 ) 3/AlH(i-Bu) 2/AlEt2Cl catalyst by in-situ bulk polymerization and then high impact polystyrene (HIPS) was prepared by free radical grafting polymerization of styrene in PB rubber solution initiated by 3,6,9-triethyl-3,6, 9-trimethyl-1,4,7-triperoxonane. The structures of the PB rubber and HIPS were characterized by means of ^1H NMR, FTIR and GPC. The FTIR result showed that the PB rubber comprised 96.6% (mole fraction) cis-1,4-butadiene and 1. 01% (mole fraction) styrene. The experimental results indicated that when grafting polymerization temperature rose, styrene conversion increased and was almost 100% at 145℃, but the weight average relative molecular mass of PS decreased. Increasing stirring speed and PB rubber content would decrease the grafting polymerization rate which meant that styrene conversion would decrease. The impact strength of HIPS is up to 166.2 J/m.
