摘  要:在旋转填充床(转子内半径70mm,外半径200mm)内利用水逆流吸收SO2的实验,考察了气体流量、液体流量、转子转速以及气相中SO2的含量对旋转填充床填料层径向传质强度分布的影响。实验结果表明,除填料层的内缘处,填料层内径向的体积传质系数(KLa)随气相中的SO2含量的增加变化不大,随液体流量、气体流量及转子转速的的增加而增大;填料层内径向的KLa随半径的增大呈非线性变化,KLa在半径70~90mm段内随半径的增大而逐渐减小,在半径大于90mm后随半径的增大而逐渐增大;旋转填充床填料层存在内端效应区,还存在外端效应区。Distribution of the mass transfer intensity along the radial direction( inner radius and outer radius of the rotor were 70 mm and 200 mm respectively) of the rotor in a rotating packed bed (RPB) was studied. The effects of gas flowrate, liquid flowrate, rotor speed and sulfur dioxide content in the gas phase on the liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient (KL a ) were investigated through sulfur dioxide absorption with countercurrent water. The Results showed that the KL a increased with heightening of gas flowrate, liquid flowrate and rotor speed, did not change much with sulfur dioxide concentration, minished gradually with increase of the packing layer radius in the radius range of 70 - 90 mm and increased gradually with increase of the radius when it was more than 90 mm. Furthermore, the results confirmed that both the inner end effect zone and the outer end effect zone existed in the packing layer in the RPB.
