摘　　要：渔业可持续发展是水域生态环境、渔业经济、渔村社会协调发展的渔业发展理论和战略,其理念可以追溯到传统的渔业管理理论。渔业可持续发展研究在理论问题、指标体系和战略实施方面取得阶段性成果,但研究缺乏力度和持续度,学术深度和广度均不够。先行研究以宏观研究、应用研究、对策研究、概念研究和文献研究居多,而微观研究、理论研究、实证研究、评价研究和调查研究相对较少且薄弱。后续研究应关注概念本质属性、评价指标体系、战略方策创新、研究领域拓展、实证调查研究和前沿研究课题。Sustainable development of fisheries is a type of theory and strategy to develop fisheries and to pursue harmony among aquatic eco-environment,fishery economy and fishing community.This conception dates back to traditional theory of fisheries management.The research on sustainable development of fisheries shows some achievements in theoretical issues,system of indicators and implementation of strategy,but reveals lack of research strength and persistence,and academic depth and width is quite limited.The existing research results mainly concentrate on macro-research,applied research,countermeasures research,concept research,and literature research.The results concerning micro-research,theory research,positive research,assessment system,and actual survey are comparatively fewer and weaker.The further research shall focus on essential characteristics of concept,system of assessment indicators,renovation of strategy and methods,expansion of research field,and positive research and advanced research.
