论中国出版资本运营的现实选择

摘　　要：中国出版资本具有国有垄断、逐利性不强以及上市资本勃兴的特点。在国家文化产业体制改革向纵深推进的大背景下,出版业加强资本运营将是实现发展的有效途径。根据其自身特点,指出中国出版资本运营的现实选择包括产权重组、借壳上市、战略联盟三大途径。In China,there are three characteristics of the publishing capital： the state-owned monopoly,weak interest chasing and listed stock booming.Under the background that national culture industry system reform is promoting further,strengthening the capital operation will be an effective way to realize the development of Chinese publishing industry.According to its characteristics,this paper pointed out that the realistic choices of capital operation of publishing industry in China include recombination of property rights,back door listing and strategic alliance.
