新升本科院校学报办刊的探索与实践——以《石家庄学院学报》为例

摘　　要：近年来,许多新升本科院校学报为了提高办刊质量,积极更新办刊理念,拓展办刊思路,探索学报的可持续发展之路。通过几年的办刊实践,这些新升本科院校学报在各方面都有了很大的进步,如稿源日益丰富,高水平作者队伍不断壮大;基金项目论文数量和比例呈现不断上升趋势;审稿程序规范、合理,出版时滞较短;严格遵守编排规范等,呈现出良好的发展势头。In recent years, a large number of newly-established university journals actively have updated and broadened their editing views in an attempt to raise their editing quality and promote a sustained development. Therefore, much improvement has been made. The source of contribution is getting rich;the number of authors of high capability is becoming greater;the number and proportion of papers of fund projects are on the rise. Moreover, the procedure of manuscript examining and approving is standard and rational ;the retarded publishing time is reversed; and the editing norms are strict.
