摘  要:详述了宝鸡二电厂1 号机组3 号瓦轴颈啃伤坑的补焊处理情况,解决了发电厂在汽轮机大轴表面上消除损伤的难题。补焊结果满足使用要求,结果证明:该工艺切实可行,为以后处理同类损伤问题提供了借鉴。The repair welding of gnawed pit on the journal of No.3 bush of unit 1 in Baoji Power Plant No.2 has been described in this paper. The difficult problem to eliminate blemish on shaft surface of turbines has been solved. The result can meet the usage requirements. It is proofed that this technology is feasible and can be used for reference to handle same kinds of blemish in the future.
