云南省19县(市)黄胸鼠体表寄生恙螨群落生态学探讨

摘　　要：目的了解云南省黄胸鼠体表寄生恙螨的群落结构、种—多度及种—样方关系。方法定义黄胸鼠体表的所有寄生恙螨为一个群落,运用生态学相关指标测定群落结构。结果在1 503只黄胸鼠体表共采获恙螨4 242只,隶属于3亚科16属84种,12种主要恙螨种占所有恙螨总数的90.74%。群落种—多度分布显示:随恙螨个体数量逐渐增加,恙螨种数逐渐减少。种—样方结果显示,恙螨种数随着宿主数目的增加而增加,在所捕获的1 503只黄胸鼠范围内还不能判断云南境内黄胸鼠体表寄生恙螨的可能种数。结论黄胸鼠体表寄生恙螨种类十分丰富,优势种不明显,稀有种的恙螨占大部分。In order to investigate the community structure of chigger mites on surface of Rattus flavipectus,together with the distribution of species-abundance and the relation of species-plots,19 counties in Yunnan Province of China were selected as investigation spots.Chigger mite specimens were collected from the body surface of each rodent host.The chigger mite was identified into species under a microscope.A1l the chigger mites on Rattus flavipectus were defined as one community unit.Richness（S）,Shannon-Wiener＇s diversity index（H）,evenness（J）,and dominance index（C） were adopted to measure the community structure of chigger mites.Totally 4242 chigger mites were collected from the body surface of 1503 Rattus flavipectus.,and were identified as 84 species belonging to 16 genera in 3 families.Of 84 chigger mite species,12 main chigger mite species accounts for 90.74% of the total specimens.The distribution of species-abundance showed that with the increasing number of individuals chigger,chigger mite species decreased.The species-plot relationship showed that chigger mite species increase with the growth of mouse plots（samples）,and it had reached the stable stage with the present samples.It is concluded that the species of chigger mites on Rattus flavipectus were extremely rich,and most of them were rare species without prominent dominant species.
