青铜峡水电站半门式起重机三维有限元分析

摘  要:青铜峡水电厂4 号半门式起重机投入运行已三十余年。为了全面地了解该门机的整体性态,进行了计算。计算结果指出:门机结构总体应力水平较低,其严重受力件主梁具有较大的强度富裕度,不必更换。建议厂方在这次计算的基础上,进行实际测试,以便进一步校核该门机的强度和变位。Semi-portal crane No.4 has been put into operation for 30 years at Qingtong Gorge Hydropower Station. For completely understanding the integral performance and condition of this crane, a calculation has been carried out. The results show that the crane is unnecessary to replace for its low total stress level and large strength margin of the main girder (main stressed part). It is suggested that a practical measurement shall be conducted again so as to further check the strength and displacement of this crane on the basis of this calculation.
