孕妇TORCH感染的检测分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析延安市孕妇TORCH感染情况。方法采用捕获ELISA方法对700例孕妇的血清进行TORCH-IgM抗体检测。结果孕妇TORCH-IgM抗体总阳性率为3.86%,其中CMV、TOX、RV及HSVⅡ感染的阳性率分别为1.86%、0.86%、0.43%、0.71%。结论延安市孕妇TORCH感染率处于较高的水平,应加强对育龄妇女和孕妇的宣传教育、TORCH筛查与防制。To investigate the condition of TORCH infection in pregnant women in yan＇ an. Serum sampies from 700 pregnant women were tested for TORCH IgM by capture ELISA. The total positive rate of TORCH-IgM in pregnant women was 3.86%, The positive rates of CMV,TOX,RV,HSVI] were 1.86%,0.86% ,0.43% and 0. 71% , respectively. The pregnant women＇s TORCH infection has something important to do with healthy birth and child development, It should be go on giving publicity and examing TORCH to the women of child-bearing age and pregnant women.
