纯锯末轻质莫来石保温砖的研制

摘　　要：以黏土、蓝晶石等为原料,单纯以锯末为造孔剂,研制环保节能型轻质莫来石保温砖。通过对该产品的体积密度、导热系数等性能的测试,表明在合适的工艺条件下,可制得密度为0.57g.cm-3、400℃导热系数为0.16W.(m.K)-1的轻质保温砖,具有成本低、节能环保的优点。Environmental protection and energy saving light weight mullite thermal insulating brick is developed by taking fireclay and kyanite as raw materials and single pure sawdust as pure forming agent.Through the measurements of the bulk density,thermal coefficient and so on of the brick,it is showed that under the appropriate process conditions,the light weight thermal insulating brick with the density of 0.57g·cm-3 and 0.16W·（m·K）-1 thermal coefficient at 400℃ can be made and has the advantages of low cost,energy saving and environmental protection.
