摘　　要：雅斯贝尔斯是德国存在主义哲学家和教育家,其著作《大学之理念》是在高等教育领域的见解的集中体现,文章从科学的重要作用,大学任务、大学制度、影响大学存在的条件四个方面对雅斯贝尔斯的大学理念进行了相关阐释并提出对现今大学建设的启示。分析当今形势下运用其大学理念的适应性与局限性。Karl Jaspers is a German existentialist philosopher and educator. His book , The idea of the University, is the concentrated reflection of views in higher education field. This essay analyzed Karl Jaspers ＇ university idea from the following four aspects ： the significance of sci-ence , university mission , university system university existing, and its university concept tion. And finaUy the author puts forward the currently and existence condition, which have an effect on of adaptability and limitations in the current situa enlightenment aiming at the university construction
