氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗小儿喘息性疾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察氨溴特罗口服溶液对小儿喘息性疾病的治疗效果.方法 以306例患有喘息性疾病的儿童为研究对象,在根据病情给以抗感染、支持治疗的同时,对照组给以氨溴索或布地奈德及沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗（164例）,治疗组给以氨溴特罗口服（142例）.比较2组之间的治疗效果.结果 治疗组在第4天咳嗽症状改善不如对照组（P＜0.05）.2组之间在喘息症状改善方面差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.在改善哮鸣音方面第2、4天对照组优于治疗组（均P＜0.05）,但是第6天2组之间差异无统计学意义.各年龄段治疗组及对照组之间比较,除大于3岁患儿中喘息症状消失时间对照组（3.0±0.8）d明显短于治疗组（3.6±1.3）d,2组其他所有症状的消失时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.不同年龄段患儿的咳嗽消失时间及哮鸣音消失时间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;喘息消失时间的比较显示2组内＜1岁患儿和1～3岁患儿之间[对照组分别是（5.5±1.8）、（5.2±1.3）d和治疗组分别为（5.3±2.1）、（5,5±1.4）d]差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,对照组与治疗组＞3岁的患儿喘息消失时间比较差异有统计学意义[分别是（3.0±0.8）和（3.6±1.3）d,P＜0.05].2组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义.结论 氨溴特罗口服液对控制喘息、咳嗽等症状有较好的疗效,不良反应小,可以作为不能进行雾化患儿的替代治疗.Objective To elucidate the role of the ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution in children with wheezing. Methods Three hundred and six children with wheezing were enrolled in this study. There are 164 patients in control group and 142 patients in the treatment group. The treatment results were compared. Results In the fourth day, the cough symptoms in treatment group were improved more significantly than control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was not significant difference of improving wheeze symptoms （P 〉 0.05）. In the eighth day, auscultation in the control group were improved more significantly than the treatment group （P 〈 0.05）, but at the sixth day there was no difference between two groups. Different age groups had the similar results in improving symptoms, but children 〉 3 years in control group had a shorter wheezing lasting time than those in treatment group. Every two groups in different age had significantly difference in controling cough symptoms and anscultation（P 〈0.05）. There was no difference in the disappearance time of wheezing between the 〈 1 year age group and 1-3 years group. There was not significant difference of adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Conclusion The ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution is a good and safe treatment for children with wheezing.
