摘  要:目的通过观察6~10月胎尸胰腺位置毗邻、重量,胰尾微细结构和胰岛B细胞胰高血糖素和胰岛素抗血清表达后其阳性染色面积的情况,以供胎儿供体胰腺胰岛移植作必要的参考。方法汉族6~10月龄胎尸胰腺,观察胰腺位置毗邻、重量,胰尾免疫组化染色光镜观察B细胞及胰岛形态、数量,电镜观察胰岛A、B、D细胞形态结构及其分泌颗粒。结果胎尸胰胰尾有较多而密的胰岛B细胞散在分布,胰岛B细胞分泌颗粒多.结论胎儿胰腺细胞的分泌活动旺盛,消化功能强,适宜作为胰腺胰岛移植的供体,受到胎儿胰腺重量不足制约。Objective To provide necessary reference for fetal donor pancreatic islet transplantation by observing the fetal cadavers' pancreas location adjacency, weight, tail of pancreas microstructure and pancreatic B cell glucagons and situation of positive staining area after expression of insulin antiserum. Method In pancreas of fetal cadavers of 6 - 10 months, pancreas location adjacency and weight were observed, B cell and shape and quantity of pancreas were observed by a tail of pancreas immunohistochemistry stained light microscope, and morphologic structure of pancreatic A, B and D cells and secretory granules thereof were observed by an electron microscope. Results There were many and dense pancreatic B ceils dispersed at the tail of pancreas of the fetal cadavers, and many secretory granules of pancreatic B cells. Conclusion The fetal pancreatic cell has vigorous secretory activity and strong digestive function, so it is suitable tbr being used as donors of pancreatic islet transplantation; however, it is restricted by insufficient weight of the fetal pancreas.
