摘  要:通过对不同干燥方式及贮藏条件下几种桉树花粉的活力测定,分析桉树花粉活力变化的规律,从而探索桉树花粉长期保存的最佳贮藏条件。研究表明:20%蔗糖+300 mg/L硼酸+1%琼脂配成的培养基最适宜桉树花粉萌发;硅胶干燥花粉效果显著优于自然干燥;与室温真空(20℃)、室温干燥真空(20℃)、低温真空(4℃)三种贮藏方式相比,低温冷冻真空贮藏(-20℃)、超低温冷冻真空贮藏(-80℃)这两种方式都能长期、有效的保持桉树花粉的活力;杂交子代的花粉比亲本更难贮藏。The viability of Eucalyptus pollens under different drying and storage conditions was studied. It aimed to analyze viability variation regularity of Eucalyptus pollen and to research the best way to store for long-term preservation. It showed that the best medium for Eucalyptus pollen germination was composed of 20 percent sucrose and 300 mg/L boric acid and 1 percent agar. For the fresh pollen, the effect desiccating by silica was much better than by natural drying. Both of the ways in low temperature freezing(-20℃)and super low temperature freezing(- 80℃ )were long-term effective methods to preserve pollen vitality, compared with room temperature(20℃), room temperature-drying(20℃ ), low temperature(4℃)under vacuum conditions. In addition, it was much more difficult to store the pollens of hybrid generations than to store the parents.
