摘　　要：整理分析近年工程造价相关历史数据,运用灰色系统理论原理,结合材料费、人工费、机械费和工程总造价之间的相互关系,首先建立工程造价估算模型,并进一步得到其派生模型,经检验估算结果达到了精度要求。最后在工程实例中应用该估算模型,效果良好,表明该模型具有一定的应用价值。The data in recent years about project cost sorted out and analyzed. Considering the relations among material costs, labor costs, machinery costs and total costs, the project cost estimate model was established by principles of Gray System Theory, and the derived model was obtained. After testing, the estimate results meet the accuracy requirements. Finally, the estimatie model was applied in an real engineering, its effect is good, it indicates that the model has certain application value.
