摘  要:由于高速模数转换器的出现,使得波形抽样法测量相位差成为可能。这种测相技术与传统的测相技术相比最大的优势是对输入信号的频率范围无要求,对于低频段和高频段的信号均可以实现精确测量,且没有幅相误差。针对波形抽样法测相提出了4种算法实现方案,并通过试验对每种方案进行验证,分析了其可行性和优缺点,得出了测相精度。试验表明,每种方案均能高效的实现测相功能,但测量结果的精度受其硬件电路和软件时序的影响而有所不同。Due to the emergence of high-speed adc sampling method,waveform sampling method for measuring the phase difference becomes possible.the biggest advantage of this technology than traditional test phase technology is that the frequency range of the input signal no request for low frequency and high frequency signals,all can achieve precise measurement,and no amplitude and phase error.Aiming at the waveform sampling method in measurement puts forward four kinds of solutions,and realizing algorithm of each method through experiments verify the feasibility,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the measurement precision,it is concluded that the phase.Experiment shows that each method are the realization of high efficiency measure phase function,but the accuracy of measurement results by the hardware circuit and software timing influence and different.
