摘 要:黑鲷的特定生长率随温度或摄食水平升高而减速增长,其关系分别可用公式SGR=1.07lnT-2.44 或SGR=0.46ln( FL )-0.071定量描述;而生态转换效率则随温度或摄食水平增大而增至一峰值,然后随其进一步增加而降低,其关系则分别可用二次曲线Eg=-0.12T2+4.64T-29.74或Eg=-5.92FL2+35.57FL+26.69定量描述,且依据上述公式可分别求得实验条件下的最佳生长温度为19.4℃,维持摄食量和最佳摄食量分别为黑鲷体重的1.17%和2. 62%。黑鲷的群居性和摄食小型鱼类饵料,虽有利于加速其生长速度,却不能影响相同条件下测得的生态转换效率。This laboratory running water simulation experiment on the g rowth and ecological conversion efficiency of the Black sea bream(Sparus macrocephalus) and effect of envir omental factors (such as temperature, ration, food species, and social behaviour) showed that its specific growth rate (SGR) increased with rise of temperature or ration, as described by the equations SGR=1.07lnT-2.44 or SGR=0.46ln(FL) -0.071. Ecological conversion efficiency(Eg) gradually decreased a fter increasing to a peak with increase of T, and FL,as described by the equations Eg=-0.12T 2+4.64-29.74 or Eg=-5.92FL2+35.57FL+26.69. From these two equations, its maintenance or optimum ration can be calculated to be 20.8℃and its optimum maintenance ration and optimum tation can be calculated to be respectively 1.17% and 2.62% of its weight .Its growth can (but the ecological eonversion efficiency cannot) be improved by its social behavior or taking in smallsized fish.
