摘 要:在室内实验条件下,测定了温度和体重对日本蟳耗氧率、排氨率和二氧化碳排泄率的影响。实验结果表明,随个体重量的增加,日本蟳单位体重的耗氧率、排氨率和二氧化碳排泄率均减小,呈负相关的幂指数关系,均符合Y=aWb模式。随温度增加,日本蟳的耗氧率、排氨率和二氧化碳排泄率均增加。根据O/N和呼吸商(Q)可知,日本蟳能量代谢的底物主要为蛋白质,其次为脂肪和碳水化合物,其比例为56∶31∶13。Effects of temperature and body weight on the oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate and carbon dioxide excretion rate of Japanese stone crab (Charybdis japonica) were studied under artificial conditions in lab oratory. The experimental results indicate that the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate and carbon dioxide excretion rate are all correlated positively w ith water temperature and negatively with the body weight. The relationship of oxyge n consumption rate or ammonia excretion rate or carbon dioxide excretion rate wi th the body weight of Japanese stone crab (Charybdis japonica) can be expre ssed by the model Y = aWb. The data on O/N and Q indic ate that the main material involved in the energy metabolism of Japanese stone c rab (Charybdis japonica) is protein, followed by lipid and carbohydr ate. The ratio is 56∶31∶13.
