摘　　要：在金融危机的影响下,我国的就业形势十分严峻,大量剩余劳动力的存在影响我国市场经济的发展。就业是民生之本、安国之策、和谐之基,解决好就业问题关系到和谐社会的构建。凯恩斯的就业理论对于分析我国就业过程中存在的问题,制定相应的解决对策,促进劳动力顺利就业具有一定的借鉴意义。Influenced by the financial crisis,the employment situation is very serious.The existence of surplus-labor impedes the development of market development.Employment has a vital bearing on the people＇s livelihood,nation＇s stability and harmony.Solving the employment is related to the construction of the harmony society.Keynes＇ employment theory is helpful to analyse the existing problem,make corresponding measures and guarantee the employment successfully.
