分散染料转移印花印墨的制备及应用性研究

摘　　要：本试验先对商品分散染料进行了精制,对其浓度的提升进行了研究,然后对精制前后的染料使用不同增稠剂在不同工艺条件下的表观色深进行了测量。最后,对商品分散染料转移提升率等应用性能也进行了初步探索。经试验,初步得出最佳的转移温度。结果还表明精制后染料的表观色深得到了较大提高。In this research,we refined the disperse dyes and measured the promotion of its consistency at first.Then we measured the apparent color depth of commercial and refined disperse dyes when different thickening agent were used in different technical conditions.In addition,we studied the application performance of the transfer upgrade rate in commercial disperse dyes.After the test,we can gain a primary result of the best temperature.The result shows that the apparent color depth of fiber used refined disperse dyes gets a highly increase.
