功能性DNR治疗变应性鼻炎合并哮喘患者的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨DNR在治疗变应性鼻炎和哮喘中的应用以及DNR治疗变应性鼻炎对哮喘的影响。方法采用奥世电气公司提供的DNR数字热能治疗系统Du型耳鼻喉科专用,治疗变应性鼻炎276例。结果随访2年,显效78例(28%)(伴哮喘10例),好转167例(60.5%)(伴哮喘53例),无效31例(11%)(伴哮喘14例),总有效率为88.5%。结论 DNR只是治疗变应性鼻炎和哮喘的一个较好的方法,DNR治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著者,其哮喘改善也明显。Objective To study the application of DNR to the treating of allergic rhinitis complicated with asthma and its effects on treating allergic rhinitis complicated with asthma.Methods The author presents a quantitative experiment-choosing at random 276 patients with allergic rhinitis to be the studying objects and treat them with DNR digital solar power curing system which is introduced by Aushi Electric Corporation.Results During the two years follow-up,78 patients（28%） is improving dramatically,of whom 10 is complicated with asthma;167 patients（60.5%） is improving more or less,of whom 53 is complicated with asthma;DNR works non-effectively on 31 patients（11%）,of whom 14 is complicated with asthma.So altogether the effectiveness rate is 88.5%.Conclusions The finding is that DNR is one of the effective ways in treating allergic rhinitis complicated with asthma,the patients whose allergic rhinitis is effectively treated by using DNR will also do a good work in their asthma curing.
