疏血通注射液对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆脑钠肽及高敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆脑钠肽及高敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2009年3月至2011年3月我院心内科收治的急性冠状动脉综合征患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予疏血通注射液,连续应用10d后对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平进行分析。结果治疗后,BNP和hs-CRP均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组下降更为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可明显改善急性冠状动脉综合征患者BNP和hs-CRP水平,是治疗该病的有效方法。Objective To explore the influence of Shuxuetong injection for BNP and hs-CRP on acute coronary syndrome.Methods From Mar.2009 to Mar.2011,86 cases with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each for 43 cases.The control group were given conventional therapy,and the observation group were given Shuxuetong injection on the basis of control group.After 10 days,the level of BNP and hs-CRP were analyzed.Results After treatment,the level of BNP and hs-CRP had slowed down noticeably.The data showed a great difference after treatment from those before treatment（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,the level of BNP and hs-CRP had slowed down more visible（P0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve the level of BNP and hs-CRP on acute coronary syndrome.It is the most effective treatment strategies.
