缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压有效性与安全性的系统性评价  

Systematic Review on Efficacy and Safety of Valsartan versus Common Antihypertensive Drugs in the treatment of Mild to Moderate Hypertension

摘　　要：目的系统评价缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压的有效性与安全性。方法应用RevMan分析软件对采用随机对照试验(RCTs)进行缬沙坦与其他常用抗高血压药物的有效性和安全性比较的30篇文献研究进行统计学处理。结果有效性的同质性检验χ2=20.25,df=33,P=0.96>0.05;安全性的同质性检验χ2=27.48,df=30,P=0.60>0.05。有效性合并效应量的估计其优势比OR合并=1.09,95%可信区间为0.91-1.29,OR合并检验Z=0.94,P=0.35>0.05;安全性合并效应量的估计其优势比OR合并=0.44,95%可信区间为0.35-0.56,OR合并检验Z=6.59,P<0.00001。结论缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压的疗效总体上与对照组所使用的常用药物无显著性差异,但其不良反应较少、安全性显著高于对照组。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of valsartan vs.common antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.Methods The efficacy and safety of valsartan versus other drugs in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension reported in 30 RCTs research papers were subjected to homogeneity test and combined test using Meta-analysis by RevMan software.Results Homogeneity test showed that the cited studies of efficacy and safety were homogenous with χ2=20.25（df=33） and χ2=27.48（df=30）（P0.05）;and in combined test,the combined ORe= 1.09（P0.05） and ORs=0.44（P 0.00001） with the combined ORe and ORs（at 95% confidence interval） stood at 0.91～1.29 and 0.35～0.56,respectively.Conculisons There were no significant differences in total effective rate between valsartan and common antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension,but its safety is more reliable than other drugs and with less adverse drug reaction rate.
