摘 要:目的观察沙参麦冬汤对放射性肺炎大鼠肺组织SOD活性、MDA含量的影响,探讨沙参麦冬汤防治放射性肺炎的作用机理。方法将141只清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、沙参麦冬汤预防组(中预组)、沙参麦冬汤治疗组(中治组)、地塞米松治疗组(西治组),除正常组外,其余各组均给予X射线全胸单次照射20Gy。中预组于照射前1周起开始灌服沙参麦冬汤,其余各组于造模后第2天起,正常组、模型组予等容积的生理盐水,中治组灌服沙参麦冬汤,西治组予地塞米松混悬液,每日1次。分别于照射后2、4、6周,随机取大鼠右中肺组织制备匀浆,取上清液,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD活性,采用硫代巴比妥酸化学比色法测定MDA含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肺组织中SOD活性下降(P<0.01),MDA含量升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,中预组、中治组、西治组大鼠肺组织中SOD活性均有升高(P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01)。中预组SOD活性高于中治组、西治组(P<0.01),MDA含量低于中治组、西治组(P<0.01)。中治组SOD活性高于西治组(P<0.01),MDA含量低于西治组(P<0.05)。结论放射性肺炎存在较强的脂质过氧化反应,沙参麦冬汤能够抑制脂质过氧化,增强SOD的活性,从而达到增强肺组织的抗氧化能力,且预防优于治疗。Objective To explore the mechanisms of Shashen Maidong Decoction on prevention and treatment on radiation pneumonitis via observing the influences of Shashen Maidong Decoction on SOD activity,MDA content of lung tissue in radiation pneumonitis rats.Methods 141 male SD rats of clean grade were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Shashen Maidong Decoction prevention group,Shashen Maidong Decoction treatment group,dexamethasone treatment group,in which the control group contained 21 rats and other groups were 30.In addition to the normal control group,other groups were given chest X-ray single-wide exposure 20Gy.Apart from Shashen Maidong Decoction prevention group started 1 week before radiation fed Shashen Maidong Decoction,the rest of the group the next day after modeling,the normal control group,model group were given the same volume of normal saline,Shashen Maidong Decoction treatment group fed Shashen Maidong Decoction,dexamethasone treatment group were given dexamethasone suspension once a day.At 2,4 and 6 weeks after irradiation,in addition to the normal control group were 7,the rest of the group of 10 rats were randomly sampled in vivo.10% solution of chloral hydrate anesthetized rats were injected intraperitoneally,exposed chest,take the right lung tissues were homogenized in the supernatant,the use of SOD activity of xanthine oxidase method,using thiobarbituric acid colorimetric Determination of MDA.Results Compared with normal control rats,SOD activity decreased in lung tissue(P〈0.01),MDA content increased(P〈0.05).Compared with model group,Shashen Maidong Decoction prevention group,Shashen Maidong Decoction treatment group,dexamethasone treatment in lung tissue SOD activities increased(P〈0.01),MDA content decreased(P〈0.01).In Shashen Maidong Decoction prevention group the SOD activity was higher than the Shashen Maidong Decoction treatment group,dexamethasone treatment group(P〈0.01),MDA content was lower than in Shashen Maidong Decoction treatment group,de
