槐杞黄颗粒对婴幼儿肾病复发的影响及作用机制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗婴幼儿肾病综合征的临床疗效,探讨其预防反复感染的作用机理。方法 56例婴幼儿肾病综合征随机分成两组,对照组按西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒,观察两组治疗后临床指标及1年内感染及复发情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗组1年内感染及复发次数,尿蛋白转阴时间均较对照组明显减少(P<0.01),治疗4个月后治疗组ALB、IgG、IgA均较对照组明显升高,IgE明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比较,治疗组较对照组均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论槐杞黄颗粒细胞免疫及体液免疫均有明显调节作用,对婴幼儿肾病综合征有辅助治疗作用。能有效地预防感染性合并症及反复发生。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huaiqihuang Granule on infants with nephrotic syndrome to explore its mechanism of prophylaxis of repeated infection.Methods 56 infants with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,control group were treated by conventional therapy,the treatment group were treated by Huaiqihuang Granule besides the conventional medicine.Laboratory examination and clinical signs were observed after the treatment,and the infection and recurrence within one year.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better in reducing relapse,frequency of infection and time for urinary protein clearance（P〈0.01）.After taking Huaiqihuang Granule for 4 months,the ALB,IgG,IgA levels of the treatment group rose significantly compared with the control,while IgE decreased significantly（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Levels of CD＋3,CD＋4,CD＋8,CD＋4/CD＋8 of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granule can play an important role in adjusting the cell immunity and humoral immunity on infants with nephrotic syndrome.It is effective in preventing infectious complications and relapse.
