护理干预对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复的护理措施。方法将40例前交叉韧带损伤在关节镜下行韧带重建的病人随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组为病人手术前制定科学系统的康复计划，进行心理护理和康复知识宣教，手术后指导患者进行循序渐进的功能锻炼。对照组只是按骨科常规治疗护理。结果术后随访3～12个月，干预组膝关节功能优良率达90％，对照组膝关节功能优良率达60％，干预组膝关节功能恢复的有效率优于对照组。结论早期进行综合康复护理，有助于膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on knee functional recovery after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods 40 patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group received both detailed, scientific education on rehabilitation and mental care preoperatively, and instruction on functional exercise postoperatively. The control group only received conventional nursing care. Results In a 12-month follow-up, the effectiveness rate of knee functional recovery in the intervention group was superior to that in the control group （ 90% vs. 60.% ）. Conclusions Early, comprehensive nursing care is beneficial for knee functional recovery after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
