摘　　要：目的探讨吉妮固定式宫内节育器（Gynefix，IUD）在基层育龄妇女中的避孕效果和不良反应。方法选取非哺乳期经产妇育龄妇女经后或人流后的育龄妇女498例，并随机分为两组，观察组249例放置吉妮IUD，对照组249例放置元宫IUD，于放置后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月进行定期随访。结果观察组在带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率等方面均低于对照组，而继续使用率则明显高于对照组，两组相比较差异有显著性沪〈0．05）。结论吉妮IUD带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率均较低，继续使用率较高，避孕的安全性和可接受性好，不良反应少等特点，值得推广。Objective To investigate the contraceptive effect and untoward effect of Gyne fix intrauterine device in fertile woman inrural area. Methods 498 cases were no suckling period mnhipara fertile women, after menstrual period, or fertile women after abactos renter, and randomly divided into two groups, 249 cases in the observation group were set with Gyne IUD, and 249 cases in the control group were set with Yuangong IUD, to be followed up after one, three, six and twelve months. Results All the rate of pregnancy with IUD in situ rate, expulsion rate, the failure rate were very low, the continuous rate was higher than that of the control group. There were significant statistical difference between two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rate of pregnancy with IUD in situ rate, expulsion rate, the failure rate of Gyne IUD are very low, and the continuous rate is high, the contraceptive security and acceptability are good, with less adverse reaction, which is a new intrauterine device worth being extended.
