摘　　要：航空武器装备生产与使用是全寿命周期中最重要的组成部分,这部分的最优费用研究和分析对航空武器装备发展规划和国家国防预算决策具有很重要的意义。通过对局部和总体评估指标的分析,提出了航空武器装备生产阶段、使用阶段和保障阶段的费用评估准则,最后提出了能够获得生产和使用最佳费用的措施。The production and application of aerial weaponry are the most important component of all life cycle.The research and analysis on the optimal cost in these two phases has a very important significance for the development plan of aerial weaponry and the national defense budget polices.The cost evaluation criterion of the production and application of aerial weaponry are given,and some measures are proposed to achieve the optimal cost.
