对蚯蚓纤溶酶的性质和纤溶活性的研究

摘　　要：从蚯蚓组织中分离纯化出一种纤溶酶。研究表明,其最适pH值为80,最适温度为57℃,热稳定性较好,金属离子Na+,K+,Mg2+等可提高此酶的活力,而Hg2+,Ca2+等对此酶有一定的抑制作用。采用平板法测定此酶的血纤维蛋白溶解活性,证明此酶具有强烈的纤溶活性。Abstract:A fibrinolytic enzyme was isolated and purified from the crude extract of earthworm by biochemical methods.Its optimum pH value is 8 0,the optimum temperature is 57℃ and it is stable to heat.The metal ions Na +,K +,Mg 2+ can increase its activity and Ca 2+ ,Hg 2+ show some inhibition.The thrombolytic activity on fibrin was measured by fibrin plate method.The results show the enzyme has strong thrombolytic action on fibrin.$$$$
