含蜡热油管道清管过程的卡堵风险分析

摘　　要：现场清管作业时,清管器经常被卡堵,严重时会影响生产。因此,为降低热油管道清管过程中的卡堵风险,根据清管器在含蜡热油管道中的受力情况和运行规律,结合输油管道的现场运行管理经验,分析含蜡热油管道清管过程可能遇到的卡堵,对此提出可靠的应对措施,以杜绝含蜡热油管道周期性清管中各种事故的发生,保证热油管道清管工作的安全进行,为今后同类管道清管工作提供借鉴。Live pigging operations are often card blocking,and may affect the production if the case is serious.So,in order to reduce the process of hot oil pipeline pigging plug the card in the risk,according to pigging wax hot oil in a medium containing the forces in the pipeline and operation rules,in combination with many years＇ experience in pipeline operation and management of the worksite,analyses are made of the waxy oil pipeline pigging process in which may be encountered a blockage of the card.For this,corresponding reliable measures are to be taken in an attempt to put an end to incidents in regular waxy oil pipeline pigging and ensure hot oil pipeline pigging to work safely in the similar pigging of future.
