摘 要:设法降低粉磨电耗是水泥工业节能、减排、提效之关键,针对目前水泥终粉磨仍然是球磨机占绝对优势的现状,采用预粉磨技术则是最有效措施。简要介绍了水泥预粉磨装备的分类和目前各类预粉磨系统的技术指标(比表面积)情况;重点进行了国产和洪堡辊压机及CKP立磨这三种设备的预粉磨功率投入、预粉磨压力及预粉磨成品比面积的对比与分析。作者认为,可用预粉磨配置功率能效转换指数的大小来评价预粉磨的效益;预粉磨比表面积控制在180m2/kg左右比较科学,是最佳的选择;CKP立磨的预粉磨能效转换指数是辊压机的2倍多,应当是目前预粉磨装备的最好选择。Try to reduce the grinding power consumption is the key of energy-saving and emission-reducing and efficiency-improving of cement industry, and as ball mill has overwhelming superiority in cement final grinding at present, preliminary grinding technology becomes the most effective measure. The classify of cement pregrinding equipment and the technical indexes of all kinds of pregrinding system were introduced in brief, and the power input, grinding pressure and product specific area of the three equipments——domestic mill, KHD roller press and CKP vertical mill were analysed contrastively. The author pointed out that the value of power efficiency index could be used to evaluate the pregrinding benefit; and when the specific area was controlled at about 180 m2/kg, the efficiency would reach the best; and the value of pregrinding power efficiency index of CKP vertical mill was twice as much as that of the roller press, which became the best choose of pregrinding equipment.
