摘 要:用不同组分、不同颗粒组成的水泥标准稠度用水量近似计算水泥颗粒的堆积孔隙率,分析研究了水泥颗粒组成对水泥颗粒堆积状态的影响规律和贡献。分析结果表明,水泥颗粒堆积孔隙率与水泥的颗粒组成具有良好的相关性,呈线性关系;在通常水泥的颗粒分布参数中,水泥颗粒的堆积状态与80μm筛余、45μm筛余最为相关,均匀性系数次之,而与3μm筛余的相关性最差;在水泥颗粒分布参数中,均匀性系数对水泥颗粒堆积程度的影响最大,80μm筛余次之。即水泥颗粒的堆积程度主要受颗粒分布宽窄、水泥中的粗颗粒粒径及含量的控制。在水泥整体粗细程度相近或相同的情况下,水泥颗粒分布越宽、水泥中的粗颗粒越大以及含量越高,水泥颗粒堆积的越紧密。The stacking behavior of cement particle was simulated approximatively by the water demand of different component and particle distribution of cement, and by which the impact of cement particle distribution on the stacking behavior was studied. The results show that there has good liner correlations between the stacking behavior and the cement particle distribution, and among the common parameters of particle distribution, the correlation between the residue of 80 μm, 45 μm and the stacking behavior is the best, that of the uniformity coefficient takes second place, and that of the residue of 3 μm is the worst. And in these parameters, uniformity coefficient impacts cement particle stacking behavior most, and then 80 μm residue. In other words, the stacking behavior of cement particle depends on the particle distribution breadth and the size and content of coarse particle. On condition that the particle grade are same or close, the broader the particle distribution is, and the lager the size and the higher content of coarse particle is, the more compact cement particle stacking.
