五年制医学高职学生网络使用及心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解五年制医学高职学生的网络使用情况及心理健康状况,分析学生网络成瘾影响因素,为学生管理工作提供参考依据。方法根据参考文献设计问卷、调查学生网络使用情况,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查学生心理健康状况。结果学生网络成瘾检出率0.6%,网络成瘾倾向检出率5.56%(男16.33%,女4.72%);具有网络成瘾倾向的学生SCL-90量表测评,除躯体因子外,其他因子分数及总分均比正常学生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。多因素分析影响网络成瘾的因素有:男性、每次上网时间长、自觉孤独、自控能力差。结论江苏健康职业学院学生网络成瘾发生率较低,网络成瘾倾向学生有心理不良症状,加强住校学生管理,规范学生上网行为,培养学生良好的个性,对降低网络成瘾发生率有积极作用。Objective To understand the status of network usage and mental health in the five-year medical vocational students,and analyze the causes of network addiction so as to provide the evidence for improving student management.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate internet usage situation among the students and SCL-90 to evaluate the students＇ mental health.Results The rate of network addiction was 0.6%.The rate of network addition tendency was 5.56%,with male 16.33% and female 4.72%.Among the network addiction tendency students,there were higher scores of factors,except somatization factor,and higher total mean value.The multi-factors analysis showed that the influencing factors of network addiction were male,long internet surfing time each time,self-loneliness and bad self-control ability.Conclusions The rate of internet addiction of the students in the school is relatively low.The network addiction tendency students have some psychological unhealthy symptoms.We should enhance students＇ management,regulate students＇ internet usage behavior and develop students＇ good personality.
