参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭心功能及血浆NT-proBNP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及血浆N-末端原脑利钠肽(N-terminal-pro B-Ttype Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法将63例CHF患者随机分为两组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用参附注射液静滴。治疗7d后比较两组的心功能指标及血浆NT-proBNP水平的变化。结果两组治疗后左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数、心输出量、左室短轴缩短率均较治疗前有改善,治疗组改善的程度优于对照组;两组治疗后血浆NT-proBNP水平均较疗前有下降,治疗组下降更明显。结论参附注射液可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者心脏舒缩功能,显著降低其血浆NT-proBNP水平。Objective：To observe the Influence of Shenfu Injection on the content of NT-proBNP and the cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：63 patients of chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group with 32 cases used the regular treatment and the treatment group with 31 cases used the regular treatment and the Shenfu Injection.After seven days,the level of NT-proBNP and the cardiac function were detected.Results：After treatment,the LVEDD,the LVEF,the CO and the FS were improved obviously than those before treatment in both groups.However,these indices in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.These levels of NT-proBNP in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment.Moreover,the induction degree of the treatment group was more significantly than that of the control group.Conclusion：Shenfu Injection can significantly enhance the cardiac systolic and diastolic function and decrease the NT-proBNP level.
