益肾复元方配合低强度激光治疗早期股骨头坏死临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾复元方配合低强度激光治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组服中药益肾复元方配合低强度激光治疗;对照组单服中药益肾复元方,以髋关节疼痛、压痛、关节活动功能、血脂的变化作为临床观察指标。结果治疗组在临床疗效和血脂、髋关节疼痛和活动的改善方面均优于对照组。结论益肾复元方配合低强度激光对早期股骨头坏死患者临床疗效明显,疗程短、奏效快,可提高临床治愈率,减少致残率。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yishenfuyuan Decoction plus low level laser on the early avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases taken the Yishenfuyuan Decoction plus low level laser and the control group of 30 cases used the Yishenfuyuan Decoction only.These indices including the joint pain,the tenderness,the joint activities function and the blood fat were observed before and after treatment.Results：Clinical symptoms were improved remarkably by the Yishenfuyuan Decoction plus low level laser.There were significant differences before and after treatment in these indices such as the joint pain,the tenderness,the cholesterol total and the triglyceride.Compare with the control gorup after treatment,above targets improvements were more obvious in the treatment group post-treatment.Conclusion：Yishenfuyuan Decoction has a obvious effect in the early avascular necrosis of femoral head.It is obvious,short course and work quick.This therapy can improve clinical cure rate and reduce morbidity.
