摘　　要：目的观察自拟玉米须汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,均予优质低蛋白饮食,控制血糖、血压,试验组加用自拟玉米须汤治疗,3个月后观察尿TGF-β,肝、肾功能及血脂的变化。结果对照组尿TGF-β治疗后无明显变化,试验组明显下降,两组均对肌酐清除率、肾功能等无明显影响。结论自拟玉米须汤能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿TGF-β水平,逆转早期糖尿病肾病的病理改变。Objective：To investigate the effect of Yumixu Decociton on urine TGF-β in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods：62 patients of diabetic nephropathy were divided into the treatment group and the control group.Some therapies were used in two groups including the low protein diet,the blood sugar and the blood pressure control.The treatment group was added the Yumixu Decoction for 3 months.These indices were observed including the urine TGF-β,the liver and renal function and the blood lipid.Results：After 3 months,the level of urine TGF-β was reduced obviously.However,there were no statistical differences in the creatinine clearance and the renal function before and after treatment.Conclusion：Yumixu Decociton can significantly decease the level of urine TGF-β levels and reverse the renal function.It is worth popularizing as a safe and effective therapy.
