摘　　要：目的观察自拟鼻敏汤治疗过敏性鼻炎(肺经郁热证)的疗效。方法 120例患者随机分为两组,对照组服息斯敏,治疗组服自拟鼻敏汤,治疗30d后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率88.33%,高于对照组的66.67%。结论自拟鼻敏汤治疗过敏性鼻炎(肺经郁热证)疗效确切。Objective：To investigate the effects of Bimin Decoction on allergic rhinitis with lung meridian stagnant heat.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given astemizol,while the treatment group was given Bimin Decoction.Effects were observed after thirty days.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（66.67%）.Conclusion：Bimin Decoction is effective in the allergic rhinitis with lung meridian stagnant hear.
