摘　　要：2011年上半年我国金融市场总体运行平稳,我国经济金融运行正向宏观调控预期方向发展,但面临的形势依然复杂。世界经济继续缓慢复苏,面临的风险因素仍然较多。我国经济继续平稳较快发展,但通胀压力仍然较大。我们要密切跟踪分析国内外经济金融形势的新变化和新特点,继续贯彻实施积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策,保持国民经济健康发展和金融市场平稳运行。In the first half of 2011,China＇s financial markets operated smoothly.The operation of economy and finance heads in the direction of macro-economic control,but is still confronted with complicated circumstances.World economy keeps recovering slowly,while faced with numerous risk factors.China＇s economy keeps steady and rapid development,but the stress of inflation is still huge.We need to keep a close eye on the new changes and characteristics of national and global economic and financial situations,continuously implement active fiscal policy and steady monetary policy,and maintain the healthy development of national economy and the steady operation of financial market.
