刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将120例颈源性头痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组运用刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗,对照组予毫针加常规推拿治疗,观察治疗前后两组疗效,3个月后随访。结果治疗组完全缓解60%、部分缓解26.7%、轻度缓解5%、无效8.3%;对照组治愈完全缓解36.7%、部分缓解40%、轻度缓解5%、无效18.3%。两组疗效相比,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后评分及月发作次数分别与治疗前比较均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月后随访两组患者评分及月发作次数也均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛疗效显著,患者头痛症状可得到明显改善,较毫针加常规推拿治疗效果好。Objective Observation on Cutting needle therapy in combination with chiropractic manipulative treatment cervicogenic headache clinical efficacy.Method 120 cases of cervicogenic headache,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each set of 60 cases treated by cutting needle therapy in combination with chiropractic manipulation,control group to the General cents acupuncture and massage therapy,observation of two groups before and after the treatment,follow-up of efficacy for three months.Results the treatment group and complete remission of 60%,partially alleviate 26.7%,slightly mitigate 5%,invalid 8.3%;control group heal completely relieve 36.7%,partially mitigated by 40%,slightly mitigate 5%,invalid 18.3%.Two sets of efficacy compared to the treatment group outgo control group（P0.05）.Three-to-month follow-up of two groups of patients scoring and the number of occurrences for the month compared with the treatment differences have before decline,there are differences between the two statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions Cutting needle therapy in combination with chiropractic manipulative treatment efficacy of cervicogenic headache is more conventional acupuncture and massage effect.
