摘 要:对氨基磺酸系高效减水剂性能、混凝土性能的改进进行了研究,其中包括减水率测定、混凝土抗压强度比等试验,并对其与水泥相容性、减水增强效果等的影响作了评价。结果表明氨基磺酸系(ASP)高效减水剂与目前广泛使用的萘系(NS)减水剂相比,减水作用更大,在较小的掺量下,ASP的减水率可达22%,而NS的减水率只有16%,分散作用更好。掺ASP的混凝土37,d的强度增长明显,是配制高强、超高强和高性能混凝土的理想的减水剂。The paper studied the properties of amino-sulfonic acid-based high performance water-reducer and its influence on the improvement of concrete performance,including the measuration of water reducing ratio, concrete compressive strength of such experiment, and the evaluation on cement compatibility, water reducing, effect of intensity enhancing and so on. The result indicated that, the slushing of amino-sulfonic acid-based (ASP)is bigger compared with the present widespread used naphthalene series super-plasticizer ( NS). By a smaller quantity in the mixture,water reducing ratio of ASP could reach 22% ,while water reducing ratio NS only 16% ;and the dispersion effect of ASP is better. ASP-mixed concrete significantly increased the intensity of 3 days,7 days. Aminosul-phonie super -plasticizer is the ideal water reducing agent for batching high strength,high intensity and high-performance concrete.
